Return and refund policy

30-day returns. You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as the item is unused, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging.

No restocking fee and no return-label fee. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We'll arrange a prepaid return label with our fulfillment partner, typically within 2 business days of your request.

Refunds. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take several business days to appear.

Damaged, defective or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us right away with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.

Manufacturer warranty. The COR Surf Island Hopper is covered by COR Surf's lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, misuse and accidental damage are not covered. Contact us and we'll help you start a warranty claim.

Cancellations. Orders usually ship within 1 business day. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We can't guarantee a cancellation once an order has shipped, but you can still return it under this policy.
